OpenComplex平台提供生物分子结构及互作预测服务。使用该服务须遵守以下禁止或限制使用事项：
1. 商业用途限制
- 允许个人用户、非商业机构和商业机构使用，但商业机构使用需注明其输出或衍生品是利用OpenComplex得到的。
2. 禁止用于机器学习训练
- 不得使用 OpenComplex平台的输出或衍生品来训练用于结构预测的机器学习模型或相关技术，尤其是类似 OpenComplex 的模型。
3. 禁止逆向工程与非法传播
- 禁止逆向工程、反编译、复制、修改、再发布、销售或向他人开放 OpenComplex平台，除非法律明示允许。
- 可在遵守使用条款的前提下，自由使用和分享输出结果或衍生内容。
4. 发布输出内容须附带服务条款说明
- 发布或分发输出或衍生品时必须明确说明其受 OpenComplex平台服务条款约束，并标注任何修改内容。
- 如果移除了原始条款和标注，需附带一个额外声明：使用此信息即表示您同意 OpenComplex平台服务条款。
- 若附加其他许可条款，必须包含 OpenComplex平台服务条款，并提醒后续用户相关服务条款依然有效。
5. 禁止误导行为
- 禁止虚构与北京智源人工智能研究院的关系或误导他人关于 OpenComplex平台的来源；
- 禁止利用 OpenComplex平台生成内容进行虚假宣传，尤其在敏感领域，如卫生健康；
- 禁止用于可能影响个人或群体权利与福祉的决策，如医疗保健。
6. 禁止用于违法或有害用途
- 禁止用于推广或协助制造非法物质、商品或服务；
- 禁止试图绕过安全限制或诱导模型违反服务条款的行为。
- 所有输入应为您自行所有或已获取了输入所涉及的权利主体充分、必要且有效的合法许可及授权，不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益（例如知识产权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商业秘密等合法权益）。
OpenComplex Server provides a biomolecular 3D structure prediction service. Use of this service is subject to the following prohibited or restricted conduct:
1. Commercial use restrictions
- Individual users, non-commercial organizations, and commercial organizations are permitted, provided that the commercial organization’s use indicates that its output or derivatives were obtained using OpenComplex Server.
2. Prohibited for machine learning training
- The output or derivatives of OpenComplex Server may not be used to train machine learning models for structure prediction or related techniques, especially OpenComplex-like Servers.
3. Prohibition of reverse engineering and unlawful distribution
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, modifying, redistributing, selling, or disclosing OpenComplex Server to others is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by law.
- You are free to use and share the output or derivative content, subject to the OpenComplex Server Terms of Service.
4. Distribute output with terms of service statement
- Publishing or distributing outputs or derivatives must clearly state that they are subject to the OpenComplex Server Terms of Service and label them with any modifications.
- If the original terms and notations are removed, an additional statement must be included: “By using this information, you agree to OpenComplex Server Terms of Service.”
- If additional license terms are attached, they must include the OpenComplex Server Terms of Service and remind subsequent users that the Terms of Service are still in effect.
5. Prohibition of misleading behavior
- It is prohibited to fabricate a relationship with BAAI or mislead others regarding the origin of the OpenComplex Server;
- It is prohibited to use OpenComplex Server to generate content for false advertising, especially in sensitive areas such as health;
- It is prohibited to use it for decisions that may affect the rights and well-being of individuals or groups, such as health care.
6. Prohibition of illegal or harmful use
- It is prohibited to use it to promote or assist in the manufacture of illegal substances, goods or services;
- Prohibition of attempts to bypass security restrictions or induce models to violate the Terms of Service.
- All inputs shall be either owned by you or accompanied by sufficient, necessary, and valid legal licenses/authorizations obtained from relevant rights holders, warranting non-infringement upon any third-party legitimate rights or interests (including but not limited to intellectual property, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights).
