OpenComplex Foundation Model for Microscopic Biomolecules Server (hereinafter referred to as "OpenComplex Server") is a biomolecular 3D structure prediction model service provided by the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI, hereinafter also referred to as “we”). 1.1 Registration and login
a. When you register and log in to OpenComplex Serve and related services, you can create an account and complete the registration through your mobile phone number and email account. Mobile phone numbers are necessary information to fulfill the requirements of national laws and regulations on online real-name systems. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with functions such as biomolecular structure prediction.
b. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use the "one-click login" function of OpenComplex Serve, with your consent, we will process your mobile phone number with the operator to facilitate us to provide you with a quick login service. If you refuse the above processing, you will not be able to register and log in to OpenComplex Serve using the "one-click login" method, but it will not affect your registration and login through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.
c. You can use a third-party account to log in and use OpenComplex Serve. With your consent, we will obtain the public information (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) registered on the third-party platform for binding with the OpenComplex Serve account, so that you can directly log in and use this product and related services.
d. We provide services to you through multiple related products with closely related functions. Unless otherwise specified, all related products of OpenComplex Serve use a unified account service. You can use the OpenComplex Serve account to conveniently log in and use OpenComplex Server related products to use the services or functions of the corresponding products. In order to provide a consistent service experience in the above-mentioned related products and ensure the interconnection between products, these related products jointly collect and process your account in the above-mentioned products, which may include account information such as nickname, avatar, and mobile phone number. The account you register for this product will also become a pass mark for using the unified account service, and you can log in and use all the above-mentioned related products simultaneously to obtain related services without having to re-register separately. The binding relationship between this account and third-party accounts, the penalty status of the account, etc. will also be linked under the unified account service.
1.2 User Feedback and Service
a. Customer Service and Problems: In order to facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record solutions and results of related problems, we may save your communication/call records with us and related content (including account information, feedback information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave).
1.3 Message Notification
You understand and agree that we may send you one or more types of notifications at the same time through the contact information (e.g., phone number) you provide during the use of products and/or services, such as user message notifications, identity verification, security verification, and user experience research. In addition, we may also use SMS or phone calls to provide you with commercial information such as services, functions or activities that may be of interest to you through the mobile phone numbers collected in the above process. 1.4.1 Operation and safety guarantee
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you or other users or the public from loss, we will collect necessary information for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products or services.
1.4.2 Device information and log information
a. In order to ensure the secure operation, quality and efficiency of software and services, we may collect your hardware model, operating system version number, software version number, and device identifiers (such as AndroidID, OAID for Android systems; IDFV, IDFA for iOS systems, etc.; please understand that different identifiers vary in validity period and whether they can be reset by the user), network device hardware address (device MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth (Bluetooth), base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, use, service log, device sensor data (such as accelerometer, gyroscope sensor).
b. In order to prevent malicious programs and ensure the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect information about running processes, overall operation, usage and frequency of pages, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data.
1.5 Changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information
Please understand that as our business develops, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services provided by the OpenComplex large model. In principle, when new features or services are related to the features or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we collect and use your personal information, and will again inform you separately in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations and national standards within three days before the change takes effect by means of page prompts (pop-up prompts), prompts during registration/login, and emails sent to the email address provided by the user during registration, and obtain your consent.

When an information security incident occurs, the platform will promptly notify the user, and the main notification content includes but is not limited to: specific details of the incident (such as: when, where, how it occurred), the progress of the incident handling and the measures at the current stage, analysis of the possible impact on the user's personal information, and preventive measures recommended for users. When an information security incident occurs, the notification will be delivered to users one by one by means of page prompts (pop-up prompts), prompts during registration/login, and emails sent to the email address provided by the user during registration.
1.7 Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent

3. Partners involved in the use of data and the transfer and disclosure of personal information
3.1 Partners involved in the use of data
3.1.1 Principle
a. Legal principle: Data use activities involved in the cooperation with partners must have legitimate purposes and comply with the legal basis. If the use of information by the partner no longer complies with the legal principle, it should no longer use your personal information, or use it after obtaining the corresponding legal basis.

If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.
3.1.5 Data use to implement functions or services
When you use the functions provided by our partners in the OpenComplex Server, such as providing picture content in the conversation, our partners may use the information necessary to achieve business purposes to return more relevant content or query results to you.
3.1.6 Data usage for advertising and promotion services
a. Advertising push and delivery: To implement advertising and promotion and related analysis services, and to optimize and improve the effective reach of advertising and promotion, the following partners need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, location and tag information:
• Advertisers/promoters, or partners providing advertising and promotion and related analysis services;
• Partners who provide advertising and promotion and related analysis services in cooperation with advertisers/promoters.
b. Statistical analysis: Partners who conduct advertising and promotion and provide related analysis services may need to use information such as your device, network, advertising and promotion clicks, browsing, display and conversion data to analyze, measure and improve the effectiveness of advertising and promotion services.
c. Partners’ use of information: Advertising and promotion partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally obtained to optimize the advertising and promotion effects. We will require them to use the information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity to protect the legitimate rights of users from infringement.
3.1.7 Providing information for security and analysis statistics
a. Ensuring safe use: We attach great importance to the security of accounts, services and content. To protect the account and property security of you and other users and to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests from illegal infringement, our partners may use necessary equipment, accounts and log information. To ensure the security of user accounts, when we identify that the mobile phone number you use to log in to your account has the risk of secondary release, we will provide your mobile phone number and account registration time to the communication operator for secondary number verification to ensure the security of your account.
b. Analyzing product conditions: To analyze the use and performance of our products, our partners may need to use information such as the use of the product (crash, flash back), device identification information, and overall installation and use of the application.
3.2 Transfer
As our business continues to develop, we may merge, acquire, and transfer assets, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. When the aforementioned changes occur, we will require the successor to continue to perform the obligations of the personal information processor in accordance with laws and regulations and security standards no less stringent than those set forth in this Privacy Policy. At present, we will not transfer the above information overseas. We are committed to doing our best to protect the security of your personal information, and only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of providing OpenComplex large model services, and will not retain it beyond the necessary principle. For example:
• Mobile phone number: When you use your mobile phone number to register and log in, we need to continue to retain your mobile phone number in order to provide you with normal services, respond to your possible inquiries and customer complaints, and ensure the security of your account and system.
• The information you enter, feedback information, and related information, we will retain the relevant information to provide you with continuous business functions during the period when you do not withdraw, delete or cancel your account.
If you cancel your account, actively delete your personal information or exceed the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except for the following circumstances:
• Comply with the requirements of laws and regulations on information retention.
• Reasonable extension of the period is required for financial, auditing, dispute resolution and other purposes.

5.2 We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing and related reasonable and feasible means that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal information from being maliciously attacked.
5.3 We will establish a security management system and data security process to ensure the security of your personal information. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and conduct security audits of data and technology in a timely manner.

5.7 Once you leave [OpenComplex Server] and related services, browse or use other websites, services and content resources, we will have no ability and direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit in software or websites outside of [OpenComplex Server] and related services, regardless of whether you log in, browse or use the above software or website based on the link or guidance of [OpenComplex Server].
6. Exercise your personal information rights
We attach great importance to your management of personal information, and do our best to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent authorization, cancel your account, complain and report, and set privacy functions for your personal information, so that you can protect your privacy and information security.

You can turn off the microphone, photo album (storage), Bluetooth permissions, change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization in the operating system of the device itself.

Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but it will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

b. Review/copy/delete historical conversations: Click on the task page--click on a single task--delete. If you cannot complete the operation in the above way, you can contact us at OpenComplex@baai.ac.cn. We will respond within fifteen business days after receiving the request. If the process cannot be handled on time due to special circumstances, the user will be informed in a timely manner and the reason will be explained.
6.3 Account cancellation
You can cancel your account in [Me] - [Settings] - [Account Settings] - [Delete Account]. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. You know and understand that account cancellation is irreversible. When you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with any services and delete all information about your account or anonymize the relevant information. If personal information needs to be retained due to laws and regulations, we promise to store it separately and will not use such information in daily business activities.

You can provide feedback and complaints or reports in accordance with our publicized system. If we stop operation, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner, notify you of the suspension of operation by sending or announcing it one by one, and delete or anonymize your personal information held.
7. Minor clause
Our services are primarily directed to adult users aged 18 or above. We do not intentionally collect or use personal information of minors. Should you discover that we have collected minors’ personal information without parents or other guardians’ consent, please contact us via the methods provided in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy. Upon verification, we will take commercially reasonable measures to delete such information as required by applicable laws.
